work for me to a variety of HP ILO devices from Natty:
In .ssh/config:
Host ilo1 ilo2 omfgilo ...
KexAlgorithms diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
HostkeyAlgorithms ssh-rsa
OR
ssh -oHostKeyAlgorithms=ssh-rsa ilo
Where ilo is the hostname of the ilo device.
