Public bug reported: On AMD64, fully up to date.
In a bash shell window. Normally, control-arrow (left or right) jumps the cursor 1 word. This is now broken, there is an error beep and this is what I get if I type "ls" space "-al" space "toto" ctrl-LeftArrow $ ls -al toto;5D This problem exists since the upgrade to Feisty. It's very annoying but not preventing me from appreciating the great work that the Ubuntu team is doing. I only wish I could help myself! Cheers, GF. ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- control arrow keys broken in bash https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/112538 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
