sorry for the newbie question
After a long time not being able to go on my Ubuntu computer(it is installed on
Sata and all other computers here have IDE), I did a pretty huge update. After
that, I wanted to install gnome 3. I worked fine, so I restarted the computer,
and all I got was a background, no panels. To cut a long story short, I am
stuck in terminal on boot, and all I want is to go back to unity, so I typed:
sudo apt-install unity

now it gives an error after:File
"/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/twisted/persisted/sob.py", line 210, in
loadValueFromFile
    exec fileObj in d, d
in my case, it says File
"/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/twisted/persisted/sob.py", line 210, in
loadValueFromFile
             fileObj = open(filename, mode)
                                                         exeptions. IOError:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/share/nanny/deamon/nanny.tap
     Failed to load application etc.
It ends after the terminal says what application he can't load.

I am sorry that this post isn't as neat as rahmadi's, but well, for
everything there is a first. I hope I can help improve Ubuntu, but all I
want know is that my computer boots.
