I cannot reproduce it anymore.
Apparently there is no need to enable the account after password is set. That's 
good.
But there is another usability problem (maybe this should be reported somewhere 
else?):

First account is created and it states like this:
Password: Account disabled

Then you press "Account disabled" and set a password. After that it states:
Password: ****

Now you don't see is account still disabled or was it enabled while
password was set.

Maybe it should look like:
First case:
Account: Disabled
Password: No password set

After setting password:
Account: enabled
Password: ****
