Public bug reported:
When I click on the title bar of the pidgin friends list window, focus
is lost and click+drag doesn't work. On the global menu, menu of the
desktop shows up. Pidgin gains focus again only when clicking on the
names of the friends. This could be a bug in gtk/gnome/unity that is
showing up in pidgin
