same here with apport 0.76.1.
file:///home/christian/%22https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-
terminal/+filebug/fAbB77pGKv0iV3VGaGAQkJZQIs6?%22
apport produces the "file:///$HOME/%22" before and the "%22" after the correct
address.
remove these, and it works.
But hey, can anyone look at this?
