* debian/patches/ubuntu-versions.patch, debian/rules:
- include ckeditor and fckeditor from their location in Ubuntu (LP:
#843884).
- fix making of symlinks with dh_python2
- update ckeditor version to 3.6.1 to match oneiric.
* debian/pydist-overrides: remove, we use van.pydeb.
