Triaging; I'm not against it, but let's see what Debian has to say about
the change. I've already pinged the maintainer; I'd like to avoid
keeping a diff for this.

Ubuntu already seeds gnome-bluetooth in desktop.

For others: 
 - Lubuntu doesn't follow recommends, and already seeds gnome-bluetooth.
- Edubuntu is already fine, as it's based off of the desktop seed, which 
already pulls gnome-bluetooth (as above).

***  - Xubuntu pulls network-manager-gnome but not gnome-bluetooth, will need 
to be fixed;
***  - Ubuntu Studio pulls network-manager-gnome but not gnome-bluetooth, will 
need to be fixed.
