Approved from a packaging/MIR perspective (but note archive admins, that
this isn't needed for Oneiric, but P).
I see in bug 836430 that Colin says it's too late (past Feature Freeze)
for Oneiric. But for P, you should re-open that bug and this bug again
in case it hasn't been promoted yet!
Also, it looks like bug 835304 got assigned to ~ubuntu-cjk-testers, so
if you can prod them to comment in that bug that they've tested it, I'll
gladly upload that fix (I can't verify it myself, since I'm not a CJK
person).
