Hi Alexey and thanks for reporting this bug. Could you try the following
and see if it resolves your problem:
1) start a terminal and execute "alsamixer -D hw:CA0106"
2) find the "Shared Mic / Line In" control and make sure it's set to "Mic in"
3) find the "Analog Source" control make sure it is set to "Mic"
