Public bug reported:
I quite deliberately changed the launcher activation to be "in upper
left corner" in unity-preferences during natty (and also again
oneiric). However, current unity does not respect this any more, the
launcher still appears when I hit the left screen edge. This is really
unnerving with full screen applications, as it keeps popping the
launcher above the thing I was going to click/mark/etc.
