I have found the resolution for this bug (for my configuration: Fujitsu-
Siemens Amilo Pro v3205).

1) Update your bios firmware to last release avaiable.
2) In bios setup -> advanced tab -> disable the usb bios legacy support 
(sometimes the flashing procedure sets this option as enabled)
3) Restart

With this procedure, bluetooth module is recognized during the boot
without connect debounce error of usb hub
