Keith, you are trying to install 1.7-0ubuntu1, but this version has
never existed in Ubuntu:
redshift | 1.2-2 | maverick/universe | source, amd64, i386
redshift | 1.6-1ubuntu1 | natty/universe | source, amd64, i386
redshift | 1.6-1ubuntu1 | oneiric/universe | source, amd64, i386
I have both redshift and gtk-redshift 1.6-1ubuntu1 installed in natty
and oneiric machines, and do not have this problem.
Closing as Invalid. If you have further information which would help us
fix this in Ubuntu, please feel free to re-open or open a new bug
report.
