Thanks for reporting this error, and we're sorry we didn't get to it
earlier.

I just tried installing Vuze in trunk r2338, and it worked fine. The
code has changed a lot since your report. So it's quite likely this
problem has been fixed anyway. Ubuntu Software Center will be better off
if engineers spend their time investigating problems that people have
been reporting more recently.

If you still do experience the problem, please reopen this report and provide 
any error output:
1. close Ubuntu Software Center, if it's open already
2. enter the command "software-center" in a Terminal window
3. trigger the error
4. copy any error output from the Terminal window, and paste it into this bug 
report.
