I just tried clicking "More Info" for Banshee in Ubuntu Software Center
4.1.22, and it worked fine. The code has changed a lot since your
report, so it's quite likely this problem has been fixed anyway.
If you still do experience the problem, please reopen this report and follow
these steps:
1. close Ubuntu Software Center, if it's open already
2. enter the command "software-center" in a Terminal window
3. In Ubuntu Software Center, trigger the freeze
4. In the Terminal, press Ctrl C
5. copy any output from the Terminal window, and paste it into this bug report.
