vivichrist: portmap is to do with network services (like NFS or NIS) so is almost certainly nothing to do with this bug. The BUG stuff looks similarly unrelated to this particular report and you are probably best off seeing whether you can reproduce that issue when using the open source nv drivers and filing a new bug report.
