This is awkward. According to <http://www.kaspersky.com/anti-
virus_linux_workstation>, Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Linux Workstation is
not available for free download. It's available only as part of various
suites, the cheapest of which is £253.00. That's a bit beyond our bug
triage budget. :-)
So, if you still experience the problem, could you try this?
1. Install Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1 in a VM or separate partition.
2. Install all Ubuntu updates.
3. In a Terminal window, enter "software-center".
4. Once USC launches, double-click on the Kaspersky package and try to install
it.
5. When it fails, copy and paste the error output from the Terminal window into
this bug report.
