Public bug reported:
I ran 'update-manager -d' to upgrade to 11.10 beta. During the process,
I saw a dialog box that stated:
Can't install 'ubuntu-desktop'
It was impossible to install a required package. Please report this as a bug
using 'ubuntu-bug update-manager' in a terminal.
Upon closing the dialog box, the upgrade seems to be continuing anyway.
This was my second time running 'update-manager -d' to do the upgrade.
The first attempt did not succeed. On the first attempt, I was notified
that 3rd party repos were being disabled, and went away from the
computer for a while. When I came back, there was no upgrade window.
My guess is that it crashed, but I did not see a crash dialog.
