After rebooting and trying also the older 2.6.32-24.43 kernel i'm not
possible to reinstall the fglrx modules.

  sudo aticonfig --initial -f:

  Using /etc/X11/xorg.conf
  Saving back-up to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.fglrx-3

But after an reboot fglrx is not working!
