I just tried installing Eclipse in USC 4.1.23.3, and it worked fine.
>From the error message you posted, it looks like a temporary Internet
connection problem rather than a problem with USC itself. If you still
experience the problem, please reopen this report, and let us know
whether it happens with other software or just with Eclipse. Thanks.
