They have redirected the servers to the main ubuntu server:

I have tried to contact s-stylianou ( seems to be the admin of cytanet
mirrors: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/mirrors.cytanet.com.cy-
archive ). I didn't get a response from him yet. I've sent an email to
webmaster-AT-cytanet.com.cy - we'll see if they reply.
For now, case solved. :)
