Public bug reported:
I can not mount a USB device as myself. I have to sudo mount -a to get
it to mount. Everything worked fine on a fresh install of Feisty, but
seemingly overnight and without system changes, I have lost that
permission. I am the administrator on my home computer, so I know I
didn't make any changes.
