Steps:
1. Open Google Chrome/Chromium web browser and maximize it
2. Move the mouse to enable the global menu.
3. Now there are 2 toolboxes with the close, minimize and unmaximize buttons.

One of the toolboxes should be removed as it will be ambiguous to have
both. Also having the toolbox on the left side within the browser
(chromium/chrome) uses up valuable space before the first tab and hence
less number of tabs can be visible at a time in browser when a large
number of tabs are open. So the browser's toolbox should be removed or
at least moved to the right hand side to conserve space and remove the
ambiguity with two toolboxes one below the other.
