Can you please clarify which packages you have installed for the linux
headers?
$ dpkg -l | grep linux-headers
It sounds like you are missing linux-headers-3.0.0-7 somehow, even
though it's a dependency of linux-headers-3.0.0.7-generic which you do
sound to have installed.
If you have both packages installed, is that file it's referring to
missing?
/usr/src/linux-headers-3.0.0-7-generic/Makefile
If so, there is something else wrong on your system, because it's owned
by linux-headers-3.0.0.7 not DKMS.
