The connection is getting marked invalid because it appears to require a
password, yet that password is not available:

Aug 14 13:37:42 localhost NetworkManager[972]: <info> Activation
(wlan0/wireless): access point 'Auto ZyXEL' has security, but secrets are
required.
Aug 14 13:37:42 localhost NetworkManager[972]: <info> (wlan0): device state
change: config -> need-auth (reason 'none') [50 60 0]
Aug 14 13:37:42 localhost NetworkManager[972]: <info> Unmanaged Device found;
state CONNECTED forced. (see http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/191889)
Aug 14 13:37:42 localhost NetworkManager[972]: <info> Activation (wlan0) Stage
2 of 5 (Device Configure) complete.
Aug 14 13:37:47 localhost NetworkManager[972]: <warn> No agents were available
for this request.
Aug 14 13:37:47 localhost NetworkManager[972]: <info> (wlan0): device state
change: need-auth -> failed (reason 'no-secrets') [60 120 7]

Is it correctly configured in the connection's settings? If not, what
type of desktop do you use? nm-applet should always be asking for the
password (as long as it's running).
