Wacom pen have buttons which function just like mouse buttons, but they are arranged vertically, lower button acts like left-click, upper means right-click. I'm using a left-handed mouse with my left hand, which means left and right buttons mirrored so that I do left-clicks with forefinger and right-clicks with middle finger. Sorry for extra details here. The issue here is that Wacom pen buttons are swapped as well. Which is, as far as pen buttons are lower and upper instead of left and right, incorrect.
