I tried reproducing this bug in software-center trunk r2404, and could
not, though I did experience a separate display problem (bug 855666).
If you still experience the problem, please reopen this report. You can also
help get it fixed by providing any error output:
1. close Ubuntu Software Center, if it's open already
2. enter the command "software-center" in a Terminal window
3. trigger the error
4. copy any error output (e.g. GTK warnings) from the Terminal window, and
paste it into this bug report.
