** Description changed:

  Now that dash uses the window control buttons to maximize and restore,
  it should also trigger on keyboard shortcuts for the same.
  
  Hitting alt+F10 or a customized shortcut for maximize (mine is F1 for
  toggle maximize in ccsm) doesn't resize dash. I think it should.
  
  Also, three finger pinch on touchpad does not maximize dash either.

  Desired Resolution:
- 
- - When the Dash is in windowed mode, pressing Alt-F10 should switch the Dash 
to fullscreen
- - When the Dash is in fullscreen mode, pressing Alt-F5 should switch the Dash 
to windowed mode
+ - If a window is *not* Maximised, pressing ALT + F10 should make the window 
Maximised
+ - If a window is Maximised, pressing ALT + F10 should make the window Restored
+ - If a window is *not* Restored, pressing ALT + F5 should make the window 
Restored
+ - If a window is Restored, pressing ALT + F5 should make the window Maximised
