The full screen mode (activated by F11) is quite useful in certain
applications, e.g. Firefox and Terminal, but with the current setup there's no
way to summon the launcher (nor the top panel) to do OS level actions.
- I'd suggest that the Logo key should also work within apps in full screen
mode and perhaps it should also display the top panel.
