In 4.1.23:
- subcategories, and unsubcategorized categories, are sorted by rating by
default
- search results can be sorted by rating if you like
- a "Top Rated" listing is available to see the top-rated items across all
categories.
So I think this is thoroughly fixed. Thanks for the report.
