Public bug reported:

1) Installed fresh as Xubuntu Oneiric Beta 1 64 bit. 
Now installed lubuntu-core and using Lubuntu session
2) 0.4.1-0ubuntu1
3) As I have laptop without dedicated Numpad, I expect that numlock is not 
turned on for me. (in Natty all was good)
4) On lxdm login screen numlock is off, but the moment I log in, it turns on.
I even uncommented "numlock=0", but it still turns it on.
