I believe I experienced the same bug. Many people did. You can already find search results for "Freezy Fawn". Googling revealed that disabling Hyperthreading could be a workaround. I can confirm that. I am running a Hyperthreaded P4 CPU. With Hyperthreading enabled, feisty would hardly run for even one hour without a freeze. Feisty froze after 33 minutes the last time I tried. Disabling Hyperthreading in Bios made the feisty system stable for at least several hours. Maybe the freezes only occur on multi-core-systems. The bug might thus be related to SMP in Linux 2.6.20-15-generic #2 SMP Sun Apr 15 07:36:31 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux Hope to have helped.
