  * New upstream release. (LP: #845552, LP: #852607)
    - drop unneeded configure* patches
  * remove la file
  * use dh-autoreconf to regenerate autofoo files
  * debian/watch: search for bz2 tarball
  * update to standard 3.9.2, no further changes required
  * change to source format 3.0 (quilt)
