Public bug reported:
When any window which is maximized is minimized, once its restored again, the
top part of the window is missing. This happens to all applications - firefox,
nautilus etc..
The window actually appears to shift updwards causing the top bar of the
windows to be hidden by the panel. The bottom part is seen to be lifted and the
background can be seen below the window.
