The Apport retracing service has not produced a symbolic stack trace in duplicate bug 822931, so can you try using "apport-retrace -g" to do so manually, and attach the trace here? (Duplicate bug 822931 doesn't look like it has or is going to automatically get enough information for a developer to begin work on the bug, so it seems to me that work on the bug may as well be kept here, and bug 822931 may as well be kept as a duplicate of this bug.)
