1.2.14-1 is not available in Oneiric, 1.2.14-1.2 is. I want to get
1.2.14-1 from Maverick, as specified in 'xmlsec1=1.2.14-1'. The problem
is that apt is not fetching the precise version I specified-- it is
guessing I want something else.
