Binary package hint: beryl-core
I'm not really sure what event caused the beryl crash, but can say that
i have the nvidia 9755 beta driver installed on a core2 duo nvidia 980i
motherboard (iirc) having 2 gig ram and a geforce 8800 (hence the beta
driver need).
this latest version of beryl has not shown any problems since doing the
adept update to the 0.2.1 version before this crash. oddly enough, the
visual effects enabled by cursor/mouse actions are still working. just
the app represented in the tray has core'd. sorry for not providing
more technical info. i'm new to kubuntu but an old school unix guy ;-).
