The instructions on that page say:
"NOTE: 'yelp' [which is the package name of "Help and Support" located under 
the 'System' menu] is just an example and not a part of the command: 'yelp' is 
only used to demonstrate the procedure. You must replace 'yelp' with the name 
of the package you want to debug."

Since all you needed to do, so far, was to enable the software sources
for -dbgsym packages in general, and not install any particular -dbgsym
package (I'll let you know what packages to install as soon as have
access to a Natty system), you only needed to follow steps 1-4. If those
completed successfully, then you should be good to go, and need merely
wait on me to provide you with the information you need to proceed. (If
you are unsure if steps 1-4 succeeded, and you still have the Terminal
window open in which you ran them, you could paste the text from the
Terminal corresponding to those steps here.)
