Haven't used my Toshiba laptop for a while.

Before I tried using your patch, I tried to reproduce the bug, but failed to do
so (luckily!).
Neither on kernel 2.6.35-28 (for which I originally submitted my bug report )
nor on 2.6.35-30 did the bug happen.
Btw, 2.6.35-30 is the default boot choice meanwhile. Maybe I had some updates
since then? I cannot recall, as I rarely use my Toshiba laptop.
When Bluetooth was turned off in the menu, the syslog showed some Bloetooth
shutdown messages, but then it remained quiet.

Therefore I conclude there is no real sense in conducting the test with your
patch for 2.6.38-8.41.
If I am wrong, tell me so, otherwise SOLVED, thanks, and have a nice time ;-)
