Never come across /etc/init.d/.legacy-bootordering before !

falken@wopr:/tmp$ ls /etc/init.d/.legacy-bootordering
/etc/init.d/.legacy-bootordering
falken@wopr:/tmp$ cat /etc/init.d/.legacy-bootordering
falken@wopr:/tmp$

I don't recall mucking with insserv ever, but I've had this machine
awhile, upgraded since 9.04 I think.

It looks like you should be able to spot misordered scripts and if not
fix it, at least tell the user ?
