I have the same error.
Localization is german here, maybe it is a bug here, if it's working for
someone else.
I`ll try the english one after this bugreport.

The form creation assistant doesn't start.
Way to reproduce :
- Create a new Base project, then go to the Forms tab and click on the Form
creation wizard item.
