- debian/rules: call dh_installinit with -u multiuser (Teardown spec)
- debian/destar.init: recreate /var/run/destar if missing and chown it to

- debian/postinst: execute with bash instead of sh to fix install failure.
- debian/control: Change Maintainer/XSBC-Original-Maintainer field.
