Actually, I guess this is an invalid report...
The UI for the interface specifies input limits of 0.1 and 1000 for the
spacings. If you attempt to enter a non-positive value, the input field
is reset to 0.1. Rendering takes a very long time, but I guess it would
eventually finish.
In fact, when I reduce the page size to A10, I can render 0.1 spacing.
The grid appears at a different location from the page, but that's a
separate issue.
