Bug 861025 has been fixed in oneiric. You can fix sound now by just
running:
sudo apt-get install libasound2-plugins:i386
Users who newly install the flashplugin package in oneiric, or who
upgrade to the final release of oneiric, will get libasound2-plugins
installed with it automatically.
