I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 that I just upgraded to Oneiric. I've had the same issue with Bluetooth not working when resuming from suspend. It used to work fine in Natty. If I do sudo service bluetooth restart Then Bluetooth works fine again. I also see the same lines in dmesg:
