Try removing zeitgesit DB direcotry and then reinstalling zeitgeist. I don't
think the old DB may be made usable again. If error persists after that please
change bug status to confirmed.
Commands:
sudo -s
mv ~/.local/share/zeitgeist ~/.local/share/zeitgeist_oldDB
sudo apt-get install zeitgeist zeitgeist-core zeitgeist-datahub --reinstall
zeitgeist --replace&
