Thanks, Muhammad! To answer your questions.... 1. Yes, it is reproducible, but it is also intermittent. It is happening on both my computers, and with all apps. 2. I can't seem to control it, the problem just comes and goes. It was happening just now with Libre Office and the Screenshot application, so I tried to record a video of it. When I opened Firefox during the video, the problem went away.
However, I did get a screenshot of a program open, showing my mouse against the left edge of the screen and the Unity Launcher still hidden.
