Public bug reported:

When i use ln command, it copies target instead of linking to it.

cd /usr/bin
sudo rm wish
sudo ln wish8.5 wish

creates an "executable" and not a "link to executable".

Also tried, in home
ln ~/Tests/test.sh
It creates a copy of the file in the current folder, not a link to.
