Viswanath, if you run ubuntu-bug nameofapp (in this case, ubuntu-bug gnome-shell) then you don't have to tell us you're running 64-bit Ubuntu as ubuntu-bug will automatically provide that information. To provide that information afterwards, run apport-collect bugnumber.
