I do not recall my exact steps at this point as it has been a long time since I had done that. I don't remember doing anything other than apt-get install ltsp, or I may have done apt-get install ltsp*
Sorry I can't be of more help with that. I ended up removing the package, then trying the upgrade again, and it worked.
